These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your subscription to and use of HACCPDIY’s CONSULT 360 Subscription Services (“Service”). By subscribing, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
Our subscription-based service provides businesses with professional Questions and Answers (Q&A) method of consultation, on HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) compliance, food safety practices, related regulatory guidance and more.
2. Subscription Tiers & Payment
2.1 PlansWe offer two subscription tiers (BASIC and PLUS) with varying levels of benefits.

2.2 FeesAfter the free trial, subscription fee will be billed monthly and will be charged on the credit card you sign up with.
2.3 RenewalSubscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
3.2 Cancellation will stop any future billing; however, all fees already paid are non-refundable. Access to the subscription service will
remain available until the end of the current billing cycle, after which no further charges will be incurred.

4.1 Our service is advisory in nature. We do not certify or guarantee compliance or regulatory approval.
4.2 Outcomes depend on your implementation and adherence to our recommendations.
4.3 We are not liable for fines, penalties, or damage resulting from non-compliance or operational issues.

All materials, templates, tools, and resources provided are the intellectual property of HACCPDIY and are for your internal use only. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute them without permission.
