Hi, this is Tiffany, I am the founder of HACCPDIY.
A little about myself, I started my career owning and operating a meat and poultry establishment back in the late 90s. Then with all that I have learned plus my experience, I started Takuma Inc, a consulting firm, which tailored to help small and very small meat and poultry plants. But then when the pandemic hit in 2020, I realized the traditional way to help my clients is no longer effective, therefore, HACCDIY was born.
HACCPDIY, an online platform that offers a wide range of services that our clients can access, in non-traditional ways, including downloadable HACCP and Food Safety guides, templates and programs; HACCP & the 7 Principles online certification course; and different consultation options that our client can choose from, such as, by phone/text/email, monthly subscriptions and or in-person consultation and training.
Now, why would you need a monthly subscription? For years, I billed my client for every phone call, email or text they sent me, and sometimes, I feel it is really not necessary, and that is when I decided to start the subscription service. With the subscription service, my client can contact me as often as they need to and does not need to worry about the cost.
My goal is to make it easy and simple to assist when my client has questions or problems. Operating a food processing plant is already an uneasy task, seeking help shouldn’t be.
