Consult 360 is a service that subscribed by a company, not individual, so anyone at the company that is on the registered contact list can use the service.

No, our course is not accredited by the IHA. According to 9 CFR 417.7(b), requires that only an individual that has successfully completed a course of instruction in the application of the 7 HACCP Principles to Meat, Poultry, or Egg Processing, including a segment on the development of a HACCP plan for a specific product and on record review develops and reassesses the HACCP plan. FSIS does not evaluate, approve, or authorize specific courses. Therefore, it is not a requirement that the course you take needs to be accredited by any association.

Yes. We can help you build/ start a new USDA approved facility. Contract us for more information.

Yes. We provide training materials and can also conduct virtual or in-person (California only) training sessions. 

Validation = proving the system can work (science + data, at startup or when changes occur).

Verification = proving the system is working (ongoing checks and audits).

We offer both remote and on-site support. For on-site support outside of California, travel expenses may apply.

The consultation is designed to understand your needs, answer initial questions, and guide you toward the right service option.

Your HACCP plan should be updated when you introduce new products, change processes, receive audit feedback and sometimes if you change an allergen contain ingredients. But otherwise, reviewing and updating once a year is advised.

Yes, we do. Our team assists clients in preparing for and responding to audits, inspections, and regulatory actions, whether from USDA, FDA, state, or local agencies. We also provide guidance during recalls and compliance audits.

All our client information are kept confidentially and do not share these information with any third party without consent. 

No. While we are based in California, we do serve clients nationwide. Besides our In-Person consultation service, all of our other services are provided to our client remotely, via zoom, phone, text and email. 

Our expertise are in USDA meat and poultry processing, but we also can service any businesses in the food industry.
