Why take the course?
In reference to 9 CFR 417.7, only The HACCP trained individual shall permitted to develop and or reassess the HACCP plan. "The HACCP trained individual" can be an employee, consultant, or establishment owner/operator, who has successfully completed training in the 7 principles of HACCP and has been issued a certificate.
What makes our course different/ better?
