Hi, I'm Tiffany, the founder and owner of HACCPDIY.


A little about myself—I owned and operated a meat and poultry establishment from 1999 to 2015. When HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) became mandatory in 2003, I had to spend thousands of dollars just to get my establishment compliant with the new regulations. Realizing that for a small business like mine, continually spending that kind of money wasn't sustainable, I did the only thing I could: I started to learn and educate myself about HACCP food safety.


This journey led me to create HACCPDIY, an online platform that offers a wide range of downloadable guides and templates designed to simplify and streamline your HACCP plans and prerequisite programs implementation. We provide more non-traditional ways to reach our clients, including online food safety courses and personalized HACCP training.


Because I've been in your shoes as a business owner, my approach focuses not just on regulations but also on supporting the employees, managers, and owners of your establishment.
