Hello, is Tiffany here, I'm the founder and owner of HACCPDIY. 


First, a little about myself. I used to own and operate a meat and poultry establishment from 1999-2015. When HACCP became mandatory in 2003, I had to pay thousands of dollars just to get my establishment compliance with the new regulations. Immediately after that, I realized, for a very small business like mine, there was no way I can afford to continue to spend that kind of money. So, I did the only thing I can do, I started to learn and educate myself. 


After I lost my company in 2015, I started to do in-person consultation for companies similar like mine. And then came the pandemic, everything changed. In-person consultation just wasn’t a preferred option anymore and that got me to start this online platform, and so HACCPDIY was born.


This online platform enables us to offer a wide range of downloadable guides and templates designed to simplify and streamline your HACCP and Prerequisite Programs implementation; and offer more non-traditional ways to reach our clients. And because I was once a business owner, my approach not only just for the regulations, but also for the employees, managers and owners of your establishment.
